Kershaw Schofield "The Water Meadow" Oil Painting

Description

Kershaw Schofield was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 1872. A landscape and Still life painter in oils and watercolours, he exhibited widely including work at the Royal Academy, Birmingham City Gallery, The Walker Gallery Liverpool, The Manchester City Gallery as well as at local exhibitions and Galleries.

The present picture "The Water Meadow" is a lovely quality oil on panel and is signed lower right. It is framed in a good hand finished gilt frame giving an overall size of 18"x 21".
