A Superb Pair of Victorian Angelo Asti Prints of a Glamorous Young Woman.

This highly decorative pair of original Victorian richly coloured prints date to the late 19th century and were originally painted by the famous Italian artist Angelo Asti whose work was very popular at this time. This large pair of Victorian prints portray two different views of the same beautiful woman. She stands with flowing dark auburn hair wearing a low cut red dress with a white silk neck line. These original pictures retain their high quality solid oak moulded frames which are enhanced with a silvered slip and still have their hand made floated glass. They are both in remarkably good original condition retaining their vibrant colours and are pleasing to the eye. Circa 1890
