Tom Scott Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
You can see from the images that there are some tears to the corners, so I have reflected this in the price for the pair. Interesting text below each, so I have quoted one of them for you.

With the horses preparing to start the mile heat and the other shows them at the finishing line:
"Epsom Races. To the Noblemen & Gentlemen Subscribers, This Plate representing The Epsom Race Course, With Mr. Thornhill's Colt Sam, beating Lord Darlington's Grey, and Sir John Shelly's Prince Paul for the Derby Stakes, May 28th 1818. Is Dedicated with submission."
Priced as the pair and measuring:
24 3/4’’ or 63cm high
34 1/4’’ or 87cm wide
