Watercolour by British artist Walter Eastwood, 1867-1943, monogram bottom left. Title on verso “ Top of the Jetty”, Latham. Lovely unfaded image. Although this painting is undated a guide would be 1920. Good quality line drawn mount, housed in a decorative “craquelure” frame that is likely to be original to the painting. The dimensions show are for the painting. The overall dimensions are 29 x 35
