Pair of Small Edwardian Landscape Oil Paintings

A fine and charming pair of small, oil on artist board landscapes, in original gilt frames. The pair depict scenes of sheep in landscape settings and both have the most wonderful gnarled old oak trees in them. The painting is of a good stand and although there is no signature to the front there does appear to be an illegible one on the reverse in pencil. Both have been professionally cleaned and are in excellent condition. The paintings retain the original gilt frames which are in great untouched condition. A really charming pair of oils with a great decorative impact and country house look. C.1910.
