c.1910-25

Fortunino MATANIA (1881-1963) A very highly regarded artist both in watercolour and oils. He worked with great success as a First World War artist, after which he worked as an illustrator for magazines. He exhibited regularly at the RA and became a member of the The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours.
