A charming oil on board portrait of a boy. The portrait is beautifully observed with the boy looking down thoughtfully. He is dressed in dark suit with big blue bow tie. The painting has been professionally cleaned but retains a good antique patina. The work is not signed which is quite typical for this type of portrait.
