Description

A decorative portrait oil on canvas in a gilt frame. A Gentleman in the Napoleonic form. Signed and dated 1838. Decorative in that it has had damage and repairs to the canvas. the frame also has losses to the mouldings. Hung and seen at room distance it looks impressive but close up damaged. Perfect in a restaurant, public house or as a prop.
