Description

This large crystoleum 'Stopping to Flirt' has good colour and has a most appealing scene. This convex glassed picture is sitting in a timber frame with gilt slip and it is a good example.

Crystoleums were popular around 1900 but many have been lost owing to the thin glass. They were often of romantic themes or of animals, this one is no exception and is in sound condition, as stated.
