George Fall (1848-1925) was a York watercolour painter who studied at York School of Art then went on to teach art in Selby and York, later exhibiting his pictures throughout the country. This charming little pair of watercolours of York by George Fall each measure 5"x 4". They are each signed and framed giving an overall size of 9"x 8".
