Arthur Anderson Fraser 1861-1904.Member of the Bedford family of watercolour artists specialising in landscapes .Lived London and Bedford.Exhibited at RBA and the Walker Art Gallery ,Liverpool.As an artist Arthur Anderson was particularly successful in capturing the distinctive morning and evening skies of the Huntingdon and Cambridgeshire landscape.’ Oak at the Island Meadows near Bromham Hall’ initialled watercolour dated (18) 86 and inscribed with title verso; image size 38x27cms,framed size 62x49cms.
