"The Four Seasons" is a set of four mezzotints with fine original hand colour. Each measures 14"x 10" and is in a good original hogarth frame giving an overall size of 16"x 12" for each picture. Each is inscribed "Spring", "Summer", "Autumn",or "Winter" and below each image is the publication line "London, Published 1st September 1798 by Haines and son, 9, Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane".
