The detail of the springer spaniel dog is excellent. The size overall is 57 x 66 cm high whilst the painting size is 43.5 cm high 34.5 cm wide.
The painting is signed j.a. Wheeler which i believe probably refers to J.A.Wheeler junior. The work is therefore probably early 20th century.
The condition overall is excellent ,ready to hang.
