Carse Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The drawers retain their original brass swan neck handles. The drop handles on the cupboard doors are old but not original. The cupboard doors have rather pleasing astragal moulded decoration and there are fluted columns to the corner of the base section.

The rack which is original to the base is also a very pleasing design with arched compartments to either end with long shelves in the middle. Nice shape pelmet to the top with moulded cornice above. The rack retains most of its original iron hooks to the front edges. The dresser is in pretty good condition for its age with no repairs that I can see but a few age cracks here and there.
The oak is a lovely colour with original patination and waxed finish.
SIZES; 6 foot wide by 20 1/2" deep by 82" high overall. 35" high base section.
