Both signed. circa 1900.

Oils on board.

Size: 8"x 16". Framed size: 12"x 20 1/2".

A really superb pair of Jenkins moonlight dock scenes.

Now cleaned and framed.

In very good ready to hang condition. Free UK delivery.

Wilfred Bosworth Jenkins. (1857 Stow on the Wold-1936 Leeds).

Wilfred Jenkins studied under John Atkinson Grimshaw and his influence is very evident in Jenkins moonlight paintings. Another student of Grimshaw's, Walter Linsley Meegan was a contemporary of Jenkins. These artists were based in Leeds and Scarborough, but also painted all around the United Kingdom. Their work is very popular.
