A peaceful evening marine scene depicting a solitary figure on a rowing boat within the traditional fisherman’s bay of Port De Quiberon, Brittany.

The artist, Paul-Henry Lafon, was often inspired by this beautiful area and many of his works feature the bay and its surrounding environs. He exhibited at many established galleries including the Carpentier Gallery in Paris and the National Society of Fine Arts. He’s also represented in several museums and his works are held in high-profile private collections.
