Antique Hand Painted Cherub Watercolour on Ivory Oval Frame

Description

This is a delightful miniature watercolour painting on ivory depicting cherubs at play in beautiful pastel shades. The antique painting dates from the Georgian period, circa 1820 and is in lovely original order. The image retains a good strength of colour and its original oval ebonised frame with gilt metal mount is in very good condition.

This has really neat proportions measuring only 11 cms by 10 cms.
