This is a delightful 18th century hand coloured engraving of a red tailed black cockatoo. The engraving has the London publishers name to the bottom F.P.Nodder & Co. 15 Brewer Street London and the date of publication shown as 1st of December 1790. The engraving is set in a black mount under glass and is in its original mahogany and ebony veneered frame. The frame measures by 39 cms by 30 cms.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
