Description

Beautifully framed print of an original Turner painting entitled Venice: Moonrise. The original hangs in the Tate Gallery in London.

It is a very atmospheric scene of Venice, and painted in Turner's very distinctive hand, and mounted in a champagne guilt rustic frame with inner gilt slip and label to reverse.

Size-24.75 inches long by 21 inches high by 1.25 inches deep.

A very lovely and decorative piece in very good condition.

Declaration

Serpentine Antiques has dated this piece to the 1960s.
