A fine oil on canvas landscape painting with Mount Etna in the distance. A great work painted equally with great detail such as in the volcano and the villages on the slopes and also with a quick and loose style on the scrub and rocks in the foreground. The painting is most likely Italian in original but sadly I cannot find a signature. The work is framed in a fine quality period painted frame. The whole is in good condition and is ready to hang.
