Description

A charming large , Meiji period , bronze okimono of a boy catching crabs . The young boy stooping to attract a crab hiding under a rock , his basket to store his catch at his feet . A very nicely modelled figure of excellent colour and condition .

Signed with seal , original wooden base .

Base 52cm x 23 cm X 3cm .
