Tom Clough 1867-1943.Landscape artist who lived Bolton and various addresses in North Wales.Exhibited 14 works at the RA from 1894, also at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, RI, Manchester City Art Gallery ,but mainly at the Royal Cambrian Academy where he showed 114 works.’Newlyn’ signed watercolour, image size 24.5x48 cms,framed size 43 x 65cms.A vigorously painted watercolour full of vitality in fine condition.
