Description

Hôtel de Venise, circa 1950-60. Watercolour on paper, signed, 40 x 30 cm visible under the mat. The painting is presented in a simple modern Gallery frame, and will be shipped without the glass in the frame to avoid damage.

Roland Le Berger (1905-1972) was born in Paris, and studied art at the Ecole Germain Pilon. Influenced early by Utrillo, he painted Paris cityscapes in a Post-Impressionist style.
