Italian School Oil Paintings Bay of Naples

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a very decorative pair of Italian school paintings of coastal scenes which date from around 1900. The paintings are in oils and painted on board. They each depict coastal scenes, one of which appears to be the Bay of Naples. The paintings are in excellent order with no damage.

The hand gilded frames are also in good order with some rubbing to the gilding where the red beneath is showing through.

The paintings measure 60 cms by 29 cms.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
