Size: 12"x 19". Framed size: 20"x 28".

In it's original good gilt gold leaf frame.

In very good ready to hang condition. Free UK delivery.

A very good atmospheric marine painting.

Emsley was born and lived in Manchester, and also Bushey, Hertfordshire.

He exhibited at The Royal Academy, London, The Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, Manchester Art Gallery and The Royal Cambrian Academy.
