A very charming 18th century Georgian solid oak dresser.
George III.
The original dresser plate rack has three shelves, with a moulded cornice over a pretty carved scalloped frieze.
The dresser base is of joined construction, having five spice drawers over three frieze drawers above a pot board base.The drawers are of dove-tail construction and oak lined. Having evidence of several handle changes over the years. The current handles being Georgian of late 18th / early 19th century design. With the original locks to each drawer.
A lovely characterful dresser with an abundance of space for displaying.
Standing on stile feet.
The top can be removed for ease of moving and transporting.
The condition overall is excellent antique condition, with general expected signs of use consistent with age.
