F E Anderson Antiques has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
The shelves above having a fine pieced cornice with a spice cupboard either end and concave shelves between them.The whole dresser is crossbanded in walnut and comes from Minsterley in Shropshire,to which this model is unique.The dresser is a lovely honey colour ,there is some old nibbling to the left hand door and some of the bottom frieze has gone,otherwise the dresser is an outstanding model .English Circa 1750.
