Description

This is a charming original portrait painting of an elegant Georgian gentleman painted in watercolours. Opening the back the inner paper reveals that this is a portrait by W. Warman of Number 1 Parade, Pentonville London painted on October 5th 1827. This is in its original frame which is an attractive antique colour, retaining its original gilt finish. The substantial frame and mount gives the piece good overall proportion with the frame measuring 25 cms by 23 cms overall.
