Large Circular Aneroid Barometer (England, C. 1890)

Description

A large grained fruitwood aneroid barometer. It has a heavy solid fruitwood case, with a stepped edge and a grained finish. The brass bezel has a thick bevel edge glass, behind which is a white dial showing the atmospheric pressure and a curved thermometer indicating the temperature in Farenheit and Centrigrade. the aneroid movement is visible through the centre
