A lovely small pair of Scottish school oil on canvas portraits of children. The pair show a brother and sister dressed in dark formal clothes with a landscape background. The picture of the boy is so charming in his slightly too big clothes and the little girl has a lovely pair of green ribbons in her hair and coral necklace. The pair are mounted in the original untouched gilt frames. The pair are in good condition have been professionally cleaned and a tiny hole repaired in one.
