A charming oil on panel depicting the sunny crew yard of Le Vallon Farm on the Island of Guernsey, by Linda Bramley. The work is typically impressionistic and loosely painted in thick oil, and there is a huge amount of warmth in the painting. The work is in the original arts and crafts frame, and retains the original exhibition labels on the reverse. The whole is in excellent condition and is signed and dated 1933.

Linda Bramley worked in the 30's and 40's and exhibited at the Royal Academy of Artists Birmingham, The New England Art Club, The Society of Women Artists and The Royal Institute of oil painters.
