This is a late Victorian watercolour retaining its colour very well, signed by Frew W. Gardiner. A couple of old blotches to the sky at the very top that don''t affect the painting unduly. The elaborate gilded pine frame shows very little damage with only a few old dead woodworm holes to the rear which have been treated by us just as a precaution.
