Fine pair of large and brightly coloured late 19th.c. floral watercolours c.1890. Featuring exotic flowers and palms and a long tailed hummingbird in flight, suggesting a South American or Caribbean subject. Signed W. Mupsill in the lower right corner of each. Presented behind glass in the original gilt frames (with slight differences in design), retaining their original slip and glass.

Dimensions: width 28"/29", height 34½"/35".
