Thomas Mortimer (act 1880-1920) Pair of Very Attractive late 19th c Coastel Scenes possibly Dinard in Brittany in original mounts with reframing.

Painter in watercolour of harbors, coastal scenes and continental town and lake scenes who was working around 1900. The watercolours are often beach scenes with figures and fishing boats and are usually found in pairs. The subjects include South Coast views, Dutch and French town scenes and, occasionally, Venice.
