A charming Italian oil on board of a cat. The cat is painting in broad loose strokes on a bright base of red which gives the colours extra strength. The work is signed for Antonio Pasetti. The framing is modern with a scrubbed gilt slip that works very well with the grey colours in the cat. C.1950.
