Henry James Haley is a British visual artist who was born in 1874. He was a Painter, Line and Wood engraver. He studied RA School and Paris Exhibition 1901-31.
Works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'School for the Artist' sold at Leslie Hindman Auctioneers, Chicago 'American & European Art' in 2013 for $12,500.
