This Jacobean style antique oak dresser dates from around 1890 in the Victorian period.
The back also still retains the original oak boards. The lower section has a beautifully figured moulded top above two part oak lined drawers with brass handles. The lower edge has a decorative moulded finish. It stands on bobbin turned upright supports having cross stretchers for added stability along with turned bun feet. This antique oak dresser has aged to a medium dark shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
