We are delighted to offer this super quality pair of highly decorative Italian Pietra Dura pictures set into chunky carved walnut frames of the period , the pair of plaques depict a musician playing a wind instrument while the woman dances, inlaid in multi coloured hardstones in the finest detail , even down to the ladys earrings, a real treat for collectors of Pietra Dura.

The period thick set walnut frames have protected the panels perfectly over the years , you could however remove the panels and find some more modern equivalent should you choose, we would prefer to sell them original and apart from some minimal very old worm holes in the backs they are great.
