This is almost certainly a one off variation, maybe a special order.
Excellent quality throughout the dresser as one would expect as being made by Ambrose Heal.
The cupboarded base has two solid oak doors which open to show a three oak shelved storage area on one side and to the opposite side a two, oak shelved storage area.
Both doors are securely kept closed by two, heavy quality brass swivelling locks.
The top oak rack section has a shaped top rail with three hanging oak drawers, under those are a line of oak hanging pegs/hooks.
This is a fabulous example of an antique Letchworth oak dresser in great, original and clean condition.
English, made by Ambrose Heal around 1900-10.
