Edwardian Mahogany and Inlay Barometer

1900 - 1920
Description

A small, solid mahogany banjo barometer, having an architectural pediment, chequered stringing and fan inlays. The silvered dial has a brass bezel with a bevel edge glass and is signed by the original reatiler- Maples & Co of London. It has an aneroid movement which is in working order. (England, c. 1910)
