The dial also with a brass set hand and a blued steel indicator hand. The concave glazed brass bezel with a flat glass. The mahogany case of excellent colour and definition and with double edge ebony and boxwood stringing. The broken architectural top with a central brass finial.

Note: The unusual use of only one dial to this barometer is a rare find. Wheel barometers of this style and period are more commonly see with a thermometer dial.
