Mahogany and Inlaid Aneroid Barometer

1900 - 1920
Description

A traditional Edwardian Sheraton style banjo barometer. It has a solid mahogany case with an architectural pediment, inlaid with satinwood shells and fans and chequered stringing. It has a silvered thermometer scale, and an engrved barometer dial. Made by Short and Mason. (England, c. 1910)
