A very stylish and elegant side profile portrait of a fashionable Art Nouveau period lady. The work is down in watercolor in simple sepia tones only highlighted with red at the lips, it shows a lady in splendid clothes and ostrich ploomed hat. The work is signed Lois Edwards. The whole is simply and beautifully mounted in a silk slip with a simple gilt frame, and all is in excellent condition. C.1900
