John Francis Branegan (1843-1909) was a Dublin born watercolour painter who visited many parts of Britain painting coastal scenes. He lived and had a studio in Whitby, an area where he painted many of his best works

"MORNING, WHITBY, NOON, TYNEMOUTH

AND EVENING, GRIMSBY" are three watercolours in one frame, each about 5" in diameter.

They are good quality works by this artist, each with superb original unfaded colour.
