Raised on shaped carved legs with zoomorphic mask detail and carved dragon’s claw feet . The carved and pierced heavily carved friezes. The base joined by shaped stretchers providing both strength and stability. In excellent original condition with a rich colour, dark patina to the dense , heavy quality hardwood. The well-figured variegated marble top with no cracks , damage or repairs. An exotic carved Chinese table of practical scale and proportions , which could be utilised in numerous settings.
