Karl Salsbury Wood (1888–1958) was a British artist, teacher, and musician known for producing a comprehensive, artistic record of over 1,390 British windmills. Based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, he cycled extensively to paint these structures, intending to publish a book titled The Twilight of the Mills. His detailed, often watercolor, works are now part of the The Usher Gallery collection.
