Antoinettes Heirlooms has dated these Masons Ironstone Hydra Jugs to the 19th Century.
The largest being 19cm tall free from chips cracks hairlines or crazing .
The serpent handle shows wear to the over glaze painting.
Second jug is 13.5 cm tall having the darkest cobalt and terracotta painting of the set.

There is a firing crack to the right of the handle and a star hairline to the internal spout. No chips or crazing
Third jug stands at 11cm and is perfect apart from one tiny rim nibble to the left of the spout.

Just one forespout chip.
These jugs are the “Japan” pattern and manufactured betwen 1815-25
“Mason’s” were based in North Staffordshire, England
Antique graduating sets of Masons Hydra jugs “Japan” design with minimal damage are rare.
I am also listing an even smaller jug which is pristine and would make a fifth to this set however imprinted backstamp
