London City Antiques has dated this Victorian Burr Walnut Music Cabinet to the 1860s.

Below, a glazed cupboard door opens to reveal three fitted divisions traditionally used for storing sheet music, marked “Dance,” “Songs,” and “Instrumental Music.” The sides are paneled and the piece stands on turned legs united by a shaped plinth all raised on porcelain and brass castors.
