We believe this to be Louis Fletcher Flexman (1890–1973)

Artist and decorator with the Royal Worcester Porcelain Company, Flexman was celebrated for his elegant fruit and floral designs executed in hand-painted form on fine porcelain. Less often seen, his watercolour landscapes also demonstrate the same delicate skill and compositional clarity—making them a rare and valued find for collectors who appreciate fine detail and British decorative art heritage.
