It measures 9"x 13" and is contained in an old watercolour swept frame with a later mount.
It is signed lower right R.C.Reid.
Reid was a watercolour painter who lived at 3, Gundall Place, St. Bees. He exhibited between 1920 and 1921 four times at the Royal Cambrian Academy.
